I came to Pure Med after a recommendation of my Brow Artist, and I’m so glad I listened, I wish I had done lasering way earlier, I’m beyond happy with the results, so far. The office is beautiful, with a Spa-like decor, everything is shiny clean and smells good. The receptionist is warm, patient, and sweet, and always makes sure to make appointments promptly for visits. They provide coffee and tea, in case you need a pick me up. My favorite tech is Maria G, she knows what she’s doing, she’s a real pro and will make sure to hit every follicle. If you’ve ever had waxing done, this feels like a 5th of that, waxing is absolute torture, this feels like nothing compared to it, and it’s super fast, I just make sure to use Aloe Vera gel after, and no hot showers or sun. I love the results and the price is reasonable. Do it!

I’ve only had two appointments and it’s been incredible so far, but especially for my second session my laser was done by technician “Maria” and it was incredible, she was so thorough I never had to ask or negotiate to reach a stop, very attentive and gentle, always made sure I was okay and provided aloe after, and personable and friendly even for an introvert like me. In general customer service is great at Pure Med, staff is very sweet which is something not always common in salons and spas, and even better it WORKS. I have extremely dry skin and keratosis pilaris, to be blunt I’m a hairy girl and the hair is coarse and dark, so it’s always been an uphill battle to find a form of hair removal that doesn’t cause a million ingrown and painful itch, I’ve done shaving with every type of cream, traditional waxing, sugaring, threading, and hair removal cream and nothing works, it’s been a so many let downs. Listen to me, THIS WORKS, only a minimal amount of ingrowns and for me NO itchiness, the pain is way more manageable than waxing, and I got lucky because after just one session I was already having places where hair didn’t grow back in and I was shedding like a dog (lol). For those who haven’t found the answer to their hair removal problems, this is it!!!
